So I recently (not that recently....but whatever, shut up) got a parking ticket after parking on the street at my friends house. This was the sign I parked by. It was after 9pm on a Tuesday, so I thought I was ok. At first glance, can you honestly tell me that you wouldn't have thought the same?
When I came back to my car and found a $30 ticket I was Katie Kaboom-level pissed, which almost culminated in explosion once I took a closer look at the sign.
Monday to Friday, 8am - 9pm
Saturday & Sunday, 10am - 6pm
Ok. That's pretty normal...but then ..wtf is this "nightly" bullshit??
Sunday to Friday, 6pm - 8am
Friday to Sunday, 6pm -10am...
SO...there really IS no time that parking is free. WHY DON'T YOU JUST FUCKING SAY ENFORCED 24HRS?! I think this sign was designed to trick people. Seriously, what other reason could there be? Fucking bullshit. These signs were erected on my friends' street that I used to park on every other day, but I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for parking to a city that tries to confuse me...so now I just park in the parking lot right directly behind that street, along with everyone else in the city. The street with the paid parking is now BARE. Take that, fucking stupid city! EFF YOU AND YOUR RETARDED PARKING SIGNS!
