So I'm off to a slow start with this 10lbs bullshit. I lost 1lb over the week which isn't actually that bad considering I only played tennis once. I ate pretty well though with only a couple of exceptions (like...going to Chili's and having the Big Mouth Bites...they were good but that link just told me it was 2,350 calories, plus 38 grams of saturated fat...NO WONDER I DIDN'T LOSE MORE!! hahahaha...gotta laugh to hold back the uncontrollable sobbing...).
I think today I'll start actually tracking points again, it seems to be the only thing that works. I try and track in my head but it's so full of other crap that it never works the same way.
Don't lose faith!! I won't make the big mouth bites mistake again. You'd think MINI BURGERS wouldn't be so bad!! Just goes to show you that you really don't know what you're eating unless you do the research, and assuming does make an ass out of ..well just me.
