Fat Tuesday - This is why you're fat

IT'S A FAT-TACULAR! Today I'll be paying a visit to one of my favorite websites, http://www.thisiswhyyourefat.com/ . I think my friend Amanda turned me onto this site or maybe it was the other way around...regardless--there is some sick shit on this site but it's also full of amazing food hybrids that seem disgusting and delicious all at once. It's enough to make the still-living FatMe come out of hiding and force my stomach to growl like a scary beast.

A lot of people's concoctions are just normal things but with bacon added. I just don't get that. I only like bacon in strip form, and I don't like mixing meats. I really only like it alone OR on a tomato bacon sandwich which I just allowed myself recently to try. There's bacon everything now though...Bacon Diet Coke, Bacon Soap, Bacon Chapstick, and even Bacon Dental Floss. To me, these things are barf-inducing. To each their own though...Back to this is why you're fat.

Some pics are just ridiculous, like the KFC Elvis Double Down (A KFC Double Down sandwich topped with peanut butter and bananas sandwiched between two pieces of toasted bread), or the Fool's Gold Loaf Sandwich (A loaf of hollowed out bread filled with creamy peanut butter, a jar of grape jelly, and a pound of bacon...again with the bacon). I guess people think that a) chicken and PB&J are a good combo? and b) people think that bacon and PB&J are a good combo? Do pieces of chicken and peanut butter really go together? I mean, I've been wrong before...but that just sounds...weird? (Coming from someone who dips french fries in a frosty...I know...but srsly try it, the combo of hot/cold/salty/sweet is like Victoria Day in your mouth).
I've compiled a montage of some of my faves from the site. The meat baby is just a bonus.

I can't tell you just HOW MUCH I'd love to try the red velvet pancakes. WOW. I think it'd be pretty incredible...anyone know how to make them and want to send me some? I'd love you forever...even if you're some weird internet stalker person. We could always share that red velvet memory.

This is also pretty amazing, because it reminds me of when I was younger and Double-Stuffed Oreos just came out. I decided that double-stuff just wasn't enough, so I took the white stuff out of one whole row and piled it high on top of one oreo and ate it. Sick, but I did it.

It was kinda like this.
FAT-TACULAR!
